2 pounds whole lean Pork Loin
2 28oz. cans Diced tomatoes
4 zucchinis diced
1 cauliflower head chopped up
1 Can chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp Basil
2 Tbsp Garlic cloves chopped
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tbsp coriander
Add all ingredients together and cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash for even more flavor. ENJOY!!
